Last Friday Room 7, 8, and 9 went to the zoo. Room 8 was at the top. I sat by Solomon and I had fun. When we got off the bus we had morning tea and then we saw the animals. I saw the chimpanzees. After lunch we put our bags in the cupboard and then we went in the classroom. John talked to all of us. We looked at the blue tongued snake and we saw lizards as well. We saw a lizard camouflage itself. We sat on the bean bags. The girl frogs got fed. What they get to eat are locusts. Then we went and looked around the zoo some more.
We went outside and then we saw more animals. I saw the rhinos and the ostrich as well as zebras. I saw an elephant and the elephant was walking around. I saw an orang-utan and the orang-utan was swinging around. I saw a sea lion and it was swimming around and around.
We had lunch and I ate my yoghurt and my bar as well. I played with Jacob and we played duck, duck, goose. Then we went back to school on the double-decker bus and when we got there the bell rang and then we went home.

Once upon a time there were three bears. There was a giant big bear and a medium sized bear and a little bear. They had porridge but it was too hot. There was a big chair and a medium size chair and a little chair and a big bed and a medium bed and a little bed. A little girl called Goldilocks walked into the three bears house. Nobody was home. She sat on the big chair but it was too big so she sat on the medium chair but was too long, then she sat on the little chair and it was just right then it broke. She sat in the big bed and it was too long as well. She sat in the medium bed but it was too soft so she sat in the little bed and it was just right so she fell fast asleep. Then the three bears got back from their walk. Goldilocks woke up. She saw the three bears and she ran back home.

The school cat is black and white. It likes to lie in the classroom and the cat likes to play a lot. It likes to climb trees. It has a fluffy tail. The cat is scared of lots of people. It likes to lie on the cushions inside our classroom. It always goes in our classrooms.

Rules for swimming safely
No running at the pool
No pushing somebody in to the pool
No jumping off the side of the pool
Always swim with an adult
Always look for hidden objects

Benny is a cat. He hangs out with Top Cat. Benny has a funny voice. He was doing the hula in front of the cop. When Top Cat has to talk he bangs a sausage on a big desk like when a judge has to say something. Benny is a blue cat. Top cat is an orange cat. His friends are funny. One of his friends is orange and brown. He is the funny one.

Yesterday we went to swimming sports. There was an obstacle course and a kick board race. After that we had lunch. My favourite part was the running race.

If I was a superhero I would be Hulk because he is strong and he can lift up cars. He is muscly and he can beat up gorillas.

Once upon a time there was an ugly ogre and a beautiful princess and a king and queen. Then the ogre came and locked the princess up then a dragon came and rescued the princess. Then the princess jumped on to the dragon's big back then the princess kissed the dragon then he turned back into a prince.
