My favourite zoo animal is a cheetah. The first reason is because it can run fast. The second reason is because they can jump high. The last reason is because they eat meat. That is why my favourite zoo animal is a cheetah.
On Friday Room 7, 8, and 9 went to the zoo. We went on a double-decker bus. I was sitting by Saffron and Kayla. I had fun. Then we went off the bus. When we got there I sat down. Then we had morning tea. After morning tea I saw the monkeys.
I went in the classroom. I sat on the bean bags. I saw the zoo keeper. I touched the lizard and I washed my hands. We asked the zoo keeper to ask questions. I saw the elephant's tusk and I saw a snake skin. The zoo keeper patted the lizard and I touched the lizard as well. It was fun to sit on the bean bags. John showed his pictures. John showed the animals on his projector. I saw the animals in the classroom.
Then we went outside the classroom. We had morning tea. I saw a tiger and a cub. The tiger was walking around. The cub was cute. I saw an elephant waving its trunk around. I saw a jaguar sleeping. I like jaguars. I saw a baby black monkey. It was swinging around the tree. It was very cool to see the animals. We went back to school. I went on the playground. It was fun to go to the zoo.

Once upon a time there were three bears. They had a beautiful home. There was the big Papa Bear and the Mama Bear and Baby Bear. Goldilocks saw the porridge and tried dad's food but it was too hot. She tried mother's food and it was hot. She ate Baby's food because it was warm and she ate it all up. She sat on Papas chair but it was high. She sat on mama's chair but it was low. She sat on baby's chair and it was right but then it broke.

The cat is scared of children when they chase it. It comes in our classroom. It can climb trees. The cat is black and white and I pat it nicely. It makes me happy.

Top Cat has a hat. He lives in the rubbish bin. Benny is going to Hawaii and he does the hula dance. He has a grass skirt. He is blue and he is funny. He sang the Hawaii song. It sounded funny.
