My favourite zoo animal is a monkey. The first reason is because they can climb trees. The second reason is because they can climb really fast. The third reason is because they are gentle. That's why I like monkeys.
Today we made ice blocks. First we got a jug. Then you pour in some raro. Then you tip it into the cup. After that you get a stick. Then you put it into the freezer. After that we talked about things that are solid and liquid. We learned about water, gas, and ice. Water is liquid and gas is steam.
Mr Hemi is tough. He can bring down balls from the roof. When he is angry he puts his hands on his hips. He has muscles. He can put in bark if there is bark outside of the garden. He has blue eyes and he has brown boots. What I really like about Mr Hemi is he plays with children and he brings down balls from the roof.

On Friday Room 8, 9, and 7 went to the zoo on a double-decker bus. I sat at the top. We heard some music. I sat with Tatiana and Aleycia. I saw Youniss at the back of the bus. When we got to the zoo we had our morning tea. After that we went to look at the animals. We saw the tigers. There were only four tigers in the cave.
When we went in the room we saw the elephant's tusk and the snake skin. I saw a crocodile. There were frogs in the tank. We saw them eating the bugs. I felt the fur. We sat on bean bags. Tatiana pointed out a camouflaged tiger. I saw a kangaroo. It was dead. Next to the kangaroo was an egg.
Then we went to look at the animals. I saw a tiger and a peacock. The peacock was looking at me. My favourite animal was a tiger because people do not see tigers in the grass. My other favourite animal is a monkey because they can climb trees. I saw a frog in a tank.
When we ate our lunch I looked at Ruci, then my Auntie ate one of my chips! After that we went to look at the kangaroos. The kangaroo was following me and my Aunty.
Then we went back to school. I had so much fun at the zoo.

One day there lived three little bears. One big bear, a medium sized Mama Bear and little baby bear. Mummy made some porridge and the porridge was too hot. Then they went for a walk in the woods. Then a little girl came. She saw the three bears house. She walked inside the bears house she saw the hot porridge. She ate the little baby's porridge she sat down on the big Papa bears chair she sat on mummy's chair she sat on baby's chair it was the perfect chair then the little girl slept in baby bear bed. The three bears came back from their walk in the woods. The big bear said "Someone was eating my porridge."
Mummy bear said "someone was eating my porridge too." Baby bear said "someone was eating my porridge too."
Baby bear said "someone was sitting in my chair."
