Staff Representative

Sara Sabin

Kiaora – I have been part of the Sunnyvale whanau for 4 years and have built strong relationships with children, staff, parents and whanau. As a board member I will work hard to ensure that we are doing all that we can to make a difference and see to it that we are providing all children with the opportunities to succeed. A bit about me, is that I love my family and have 6 amazing nephews and one beautiful niece aged between six months and 17 years old. I travel once a year to Pureora Forest to go hunting with the family and this has been a tradition for my family for nearly 50 years. I play softball for the Waitakere Bears and love seeing some of our children out there playing in the weekends! I enjoy spending time with friends and love fishing, always trying to catch the big one! As a board member, I will work hard to be an active member, strive to support the leadership of the school and ensure effective teaching through informed governance.
